T-STAC also employs a very large team of junior engineers and draftsmen, making our technical deliverable (i.e. drawings) turn around time unparalleled.
Proficient in industry standard design tools such as PLS-Pole, PLS-Tower, StaadPro, SAP, Auto-CADD and MicroStation.
Procurement

Our raw steel material is procured from specialty high quality ASTM grade steel that comes with full comprehensive mill testing reports to prove they meet all specification requirements. Our solar panel materials comes from trusted silicon mining operations that can guarantee high quality silicon.
Fabrication
In tandem with procuring high-quality materials, our commitment to excellence extends to our cutting-edge fabrication processes. We have state of the art CNC manufacturing machines that is fully automated to minimize any fabrication errors.

Galvanization
Hot-dip galvanization is a highly effective method for preserving steel by providing robust rust protection. The process involves immersing steel in molten zinc, forming a durable, uniform coating that acts as a barrier against corrosion. This process is known for its comprehensive coverage and ability to coat the most complex shapes, extending the life of steel structures in harsh environments.
We have our in-house galvanization tanks with fully digital controlled temperatures and bath chemical composition.

Quality control

Each step of production is controlled and monitored by quality testing using the most advanced tools and techniques. Supersonic crack detection and X-ray detection controls welding quality; zinc thickness gauge and a zinc-coating peening device test thickness, adhesive force and evenness of the hot galvanizing layer. All testing results are documented in the forms of quality reports and are made available to the clients for full transparency.
Packaging

Logistics
We can ship to anywhere in the world! Our products can be shipped in 20’ containers, 40’ standard, HV or open top containers by air, ocean and land.

Land Clearance

T-STAC offers road building services for your remote project sites. On-site Support
Our on-site support department has over 30 professional staff members who are ready to mobilize to project site five days after notification to assist the client with the construction and maintenance phases of the project.
This team is responsible for the delivery and the hand-over process, installation assistance, maintenance, dealing with emergencies and technical training of the client's team. If necessary, T-STAC is capable of installing our equipment using certified construction crews.
